Early October and it's harvest time at Oaken Grove. Won't be much to do, said Sarah, it'll probably all be done by lunchtime. I remembered that as we drove like crazy at 9pm to get to the winemakers with the last, enormous load of grapes. Another special piece of just in time management.
James, dressed for the occasion and absolutely 100% ready to be totally committed to a full day dedicated entirely to cutting grapes off the vine. Okay, maybe just the odd moment or two doing other stuff. Specially involving parma ham.
